£69.69, is that how much computer games cost now? The last one I paid money for was Civilization III. If someone were actually willing to Kickstarter this game, I think I would be willing to pay up to £30.
On the price, no, this was just me being peurile. :-) Top new A-List games might cost £50-£60, but I expect an indy Kickstarter like this would be more like £20-£30, if it existed - you rarely need to pay over £20, and often much less, for games if you're content to shop a couple of years off the frontiers and/or wait for sales.
The real challenge here would be getting the team of developers together who could do it justice.
This gave me a good ol' chuckle having only just got to it (a wee while after April Fool's Day itself). I was quite looking forward to having a go at customisation the depth of my ha-ha until I clocked the date it was written, and the Dino mode sounding like fun but a bit of a departure (even for these visionary game designers).
10/10 effort this - Just plausible enough in our mad world that I was totally hooked until the last paragraph
Magnificent. It was only with the Telegraph quote near the end that I realised what was going on. Got a genuine laugh out of me. Good job 😃
I was amused by the Kickstarter bit and then even more so by the Polanski reference.
Very good. I was completely fooled!

I really hope a developer sees this and picks the idea up. I would play this so hard.

Bravo, Iain. Bravo!
Thank you!
